Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes
Meeting called to order at 7:31 p.m. by Supervisor Williams with a pledge to the flag. Present: Williams, Topping, Mahler, Krueger, Cowan. Absent: None. Motion Mahler, support Krueger to approve the consent agenda items as amended which includes agenda, Minutes of Nov 13 and Dec. 3rd and bills. Carried. First call to public: Discussion of Lakeland Trails by K. Schmidt planning chairman. Sewer report given by Supervisor. Zoning report received. Planning Commission report by Trustee Cowan. They heard presentation regarding land conservancy and they will have a speaker on affordable housing at their next meeting. Police report by interim Chief Cook. Discussed survey program and community service workers coming to clean. Fire report by Chief Schroeder. He reports truck repairs on tanker done, working on sponsoring an adopt-a-family for Christmas. Wendy Hause has been appointed new Fire Secretary. Motion Krueger, support Cowan to approve Gregory Sewer payments as presented in the amount of $21,189.55. Carried. Motion Krueger, support Mahler to approve township confidentiality policy in addition to and not superceding the existing police department policy. Carried. Discussed Lakeland Trails lease agreement and will table to next meeting. Motion Krueger support Cowan to authorize Supervisor to work with Multi-Lakes Sewer Authority for an amendment allowing Gregory to set its own connection fees. Carried. Final call to public: discussed Lakeland Trails. Motion Krueger support Cowan to adjourn at 8:11 p.m. Carried.
