Unadilla Township Regular Meeting Minutes

                        November 8, 2007

Meeting called to order at 7:02 p.m.  Pledge to flag.  Present: Peterson, Topping, Mahler, Krueger, Cowan.  Absent: None.  Motion Mahler support Cowan to approve the agenda as amended.   Carried.  Motion Topping support Mahler to approve October minutes and payment of bills as presented.   Carried.  Call to Public: None.  Planning Report by Krueger:  Held two public hearings. Master Plan revisions were reviewed.  Police Report by Chief Cook:  Motion Peterson support Krueger to approve sale of donated guns for purchase of new taser.  Carried.  Motion Cowan support Krueger to approve new reserve officer.  Carried.  Peterson wished to thank officers Hamlin and Shepherd for quick response to car fire which resulted in no damage.  Fire Report by Chief Schroeder:  New truck will arrive Saturday.  Discussion of medical runs by the fire department.  They currently only dispatch on priority one calls.  Senior Report by Mahler:  Senior program continues to grow.  Zoning Report available no changes from last month.  Correspondence:  Blake suit being appealed.  New Business:  Wilson consent judgement requested by attorney.  Motion Krueger support Mahler to sign consent judgement per attorney request. Carried.  Door to door sales ordinance tabled to next month.  GIS census Program.  Motion Mahler support Topping to approve U.S. Census Bureau Local Update of Census Addresses Program and to name Topping as local contact.  Carried.  Motion Mahler support Cowan to re-appoint Joe Mahler as Multi-Lakes Sewer representative for Unadilla Township with Jim Peterson acting as alternate.  Carried.  Final Call to Public:  None.  Motion Peterson support Krueger to adjourn at 7:55 p.m.  Carried.
