PUD committee working on ordinance. Police Report: Central Dispatch donating two in-car computers. Motion Peterson support Mahler to post two cars for sale in Town Crier by sealed bids. Bids to be opened Thursday, October 26'th, at noon. Carried. Fire Report: MFR completed. Trucks fall maintenance completed, pump test completed. Discussion of Grant received for fire truck. Township Board thanks the fire department and Dave Curtis for securing such a large grant to help our township. recreation Report: Unadilla Park ground broken for gazebo. They will be meeting in spring. Motion Krueger support Mahler to reimburse Peterson for permit fee for gazebo of $190. Clerk to write letter to County Commissioners requesting fee be waived. Carried. Senior Program Report: Thursdays playing bingo, Wendy Wood conducting exercise class Tuesdays. Discussed funding. Motion Cowan support Mahler to donate $1,200 per year toward Senior Program, hopefully to secure extra room in school. Mahler to contact Bruce Brown. Carried. Zoning Report: Written report available. Flu/Pneumonia clinic to be Tuesday, October 24'th, from 9:00 am to noon here at the township. Motion Kruger support Mahler to request bids for snow plowing. Carried. Final call to public: M. Tonks renting former police station, discussed cleaning, improvements, she will buy vanity top if we can install using volunteers. Discussed improper signs.
