Motion Peterson support Krueger to set up special bank account for Senior program and allow Mahler to gather interested parties to form a senior committee. Carried. Motion Peterson support Cowan to offer police car for sale on eBay, along with extra lightbars and cage. Carried. Motion Mahler support Peterson to pay off Gregory sewer bond as advised by auditor, approximately $57,000. Carried. Motion Krueger support Topping to allow Supervisor to gather information and costs for fire and police authorities. Carried. Motion Mahler support Cowan to approve resolution to appoint Ordinance Enforcement Officer for Multi-Lakes sewer use and sewage. Disposal Ordinance, allowing Multi-Lakes to be the enforcement for this ordinance only. Favor: Cowan, Mahler, Peterson, Topping, opposed: Krueger. Resolution adopted. Motion Peterson support Mahler to approve zoning ordinance amendment to Sec. 16.30 storage buildings, and Article 2 definitions, and Article 20 Accessory Uses and Structures. Carried.
