Unadilla Township Board Meeting Minute

July 12, 2007

Meeting called to order at 7:01 p.m.  Pledge to flag.  Present: Peterson, Topping, Mahler, Krueger.  Absent: Cowan.  Motion Krueger support Peterson to approve agenda as amended.  Carried.  Motion Krueger support Peterson to approve minutes and payment of bills as presented.  Carried.  Cowan entered at 7:04 p.m.  Call to Public: M. French concerned about papers being thrown in street.  Audit Presentation by Pat Haniford auditor.  Township in good standing, receiving the best rating possible.  Funds in good shape.  Police and Fire reports deleted from agenda, they are out on call.  Senior program report by Mahler.  Motion Peterson support Cowan to approve small petty cash fund of $200.00 for senior program.  Carried.  Written zoning report available.  GIS addressing ordinance discussed, tabled to next meeting.  Show Cause hearing for Hannak cancelled they have complied with clean up.  Home based business ordinance tabled to next month.  Motion Krueger support Mahler to approve the zoning enabling act ordinance changes as required.  Carried.  Motion Peterson support Cowan to send the sign ordinance changes back to our planning based on county planning recommendations.  Carried.  Lost keys discussed, re-keying cost of $57.50 all new keys no charge.  Discussed use of meeting room, Mahler to inform them to contact the school for use of gym.  Brian Lewis present to discuss his pending show cause hearing.  Supervisor will set up time to view property.  Final call to public:  C. Escher present to discuss Unadilla Park.  Motion Krueger support Mahler to adjourn at 8:19 p.m.  Carried.
