Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. Present: Williams, Topping, Cowan, Mahler, Krueger. Absent: None. Supervisor led pledge to flag. Motion Krueger support Mahler to approve consent agenda items. Carried. Call to public: None. Sewer report by Supervisor, discussed applications for extensions. Zoning Administrator passed out updated zoning applications. Planning Commission report by Chairman Schmidt, they will hear kennel request next meeting. They are working on ordinance revisions. Road Chloride discussed. Earth Tech has applied to the DEQ to discharge into county drain. Letter received regarding Lakeland Trails upkeep. Police report by Interim Chief Cook. Firearms qualifications done, new tires on car, no major problems on 4'th of July. He wished to thank Ryan Hamlin for volunteering his time in our township. Fire Report: None. Motion Mahler support Cowan to approve Gregory Sewer payments of $2,051.20 to Tetra Tech and $6,111.00 to DuBois Cooper for grinder pumps. Carried. Motion Mahler support Cowan to approve past Tetra Tech bills pending approval of Rural Development, Supervisor to make them aware of problems. Carried. Motion Cowan support Krueger to contract with Advanced Dust Control for brine treatment of roads for the next application. Carried. Final call to Public: Motion to adjourn at 7:55 P.M. by Cowan support Krueger. Carried.
