Meeting called to order at 9:40 a.m. Present: Walker, Topping, Mahler, Cowan, Weiland. Absent: None. Call to Public: None. Board discussed several township issues, attorney issue, including concerns with communication. Discussed Escher lawsuit issues. Discussed Mr. Lewis’ junk, he brought several things to the clean up day, still waiting on him to get land use to build. Discussed policy and procedures during meetings, to keep order at meetings by not allowing the public to speak amongst themselves. Discussed board decisions and differences of opinions. Discussed agenda issues, maybe deferring some things when the agenda is full to the next meeting. Discussed care in avoiding violations of the Open Meetings Act. Discussed news coverage and the reporting issues from all papers, recording meetings was discussed. Discussed letters to the editor. Discussed better and clearer communication among board members. No decisions were made at this meeting. Motion Mahler support Cowan to adjourn at 10:50 a.m.
