Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Williams at 7:31 p.m. Present: Williams, Topping, Mahler, Krueger, Cowan. Absent: None. Motion Krueger support Mahler to approve consent agenda items including regular meeting minutes of March 11, Special minutes of March 16, and April 5, 2004, and bills as presented. Carried. Call to public: None. Sewer report by Supervisor. Zoning Report handed out. Planning Report by Trustee. Trash day set for May 8, 2004 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We’ve received pre-approval for county grant money. Police Report by Chief Cook. Local Walmart donated security cameras to department. Fire Report by Chief Schroeder. 2 new officers starting fire classes. They are holding a car wash and bake sale on Saturday April 24 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. They will be teaching fire safety also. Motion Krueger support Cowan to approve of new fire fighter Thomas Parrish. Carried. Motion Krueger support Mahler to approve resolution 404-01. To set regular township board meetings the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. Roll vote: All in favor. Opposed: None. Absent: None. Carried. Motion Cowan support Krueger to approve chloride from Advanced Dust Control. Carried. Motion Krueger support Mahler to approve resolution 404-2 revised fee schedule for zoning. Roll vote: All in favor. Opposed: None. Absent: None. Carried. Motion Krueger support Cowan to approve resolution 404-3 Re: Escrow account fees. Roll vote: All in favor. Opposed: None. Absent: None. Carried. Motion Krueger support Mahler to approve resolution 404-4. Re: Mileage policy. Roll vote. All in favor. Opposed: None. Absent: None. Carried.
