Meeting called to order at 7:03 by Supervisor Peterson. Present: Peterson, Topping, Mahler, Krueger, Cowan. Absent: None. Pledge to flag. Motion Mahler support Krueger to approve the agenda. Carried. Minutes of Dec. corrected. Motion Krueger, support Peterson to approve the consent agenda items as amended. Carried. Call to Public: B. Maus questions on smaller land splits. He was directed to attend Planning Commission meetings which is where they’ll hold public hearings. Zoning Report: 75 permits in 2005, 20 for houses, down from previous year. Planning Report: Blaisdell rezoning was approved by Planning Commission and is now at County Planning for their recommendation. Recreation Report: Discussed Senior program, park in Unadilla and upkeep of Lakeland Trails. Police Report: Commendations for Hamlin and Russell were read at meeting, and thanked them for their continued good work. They now have LEIN in their office which will help in saving trips to County. Officer Hinkle has been accepted as a part time officer in Stockbridge. Communications: County will be holding a help day for Seniors offering help on filing their home heating credits and property tax credits. This will take place at the township hall on Feb. 1, 2006 from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. Motion Topping support Krueger to approve the Social Security Privacy Act policy. Roll vote, Ayes Cowan, Mahler, Peterson, Krueger, Topping. Nays: None. Resolution approved. Show Cause hearing for Wilson was postponed to the February meeting. Peterson will issue another notice to them. Final Call to Public: Discussed trash along roadsides. Motion Krueger support Peterson to adjourn at 7:30 p.m. Carried.
